Great location near a subway station with plenty of dining options. Spacious room, comfy bed, and a handy kitchenette. Breakfast was decent but crowded. Friendly staff and good noise control. Minor issues with slow elevators and occasional maintenance problems. A convenient stay in the heart of Wall Street.

The staff at this Residence Inn were fantastic, making us feel truly welcome, even with our pets. The location was perfect, close to transit and great dining options. The room was well-equipped with cooking facilities and a fridge. Despite some minor issues, the friendly staff made our stay memorable.

My recent stay was a delight in lower manhattan. 💫 The quiet location helped me focus on work and have fun. The grab & go breakfast was surprisingly good. The rooms are nice but a tad small with dated furniture. Staff was lovely! 🌇

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with warm and cozy touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided comfortable spaces for the children of the staff to relax and socialize. Accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easy access to the subway station just a block away, making it convenient to explore the city with ease.

The one thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is softer pillows for a more restful night's sleep.

During our trip to visit the 9/11 Memorial, we stayed at a hotel in the Financial District. The room was just right, and we appreciated the full kitchen and cleanliness. The location was convenient with the subway nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a good choice for our visit.

We had a such wonderful experience. Staff were fairly friendly, hotel was fairly clean, set in nice area very close to many subway stops, the World Trade Center. Rooms with a kitchen, microwave and refrigerator.

Everything was very good, nicely designed hotel, the location was ideal just off tube stations, World Trade Center, 9/11 memorial. Rooms - airy, cozy with microwave and a kitchen, for instance. The staff was efficient so we had a perfectly pleasant stay.

The 32-inch smart flat-screen TVs in the room were a hit with the kids, featuring all their favorite shows and movies on services like Netflix, Hulu, and Crackle. Additionally, the spacious suite provided plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the nearby Wall Street and Brooklyn Bridge.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more kid-friendly entertainment options available on the TV to cater to younger guests.
